Pretty-ness

Anyone that knows my mommy knows that she has beautiful gardens all around there house. And everytime i leave i have to make it a point to go and cut the flowers so i can bring them home with me. Anyways, when i was walking through there yard on the 4th of july on one side of the house she had these gorgeous flowers that were yellow and purple. Never had a thought before how gorgeous those colors are together. Now those are probably my favorite colors to coordinate. Anywho. love ya!

Mushy Love Stuff

This past weekend i went down to st.george and had an AMAZING 4 days with my love and one of my best friends kainoa. Now that its monday and i'm back at work, i am realizing randomly how much and how deep my love is for my husband nic. I really have never met or been around somebody that makes me feel so whole and at peace with life and love. I am so lucky that i found him so young. He would truly do anything to make me happy or to even smile, and he does. I am so grateful for him, and how he supports and loves all that i do. He really is my everything, and i honestly find myself falling deeper inlove with him every second of the day. He is my rock. One of my old bosses asked me when i was engaged if i honestly thought out of 6 billion people in the world i only have one soul mate......i thought really hard and long about that question, and i can say..yes i do, that might make me naive, but its something that i believe with my whole heart and soul. I dont ever want to be one of those people that takes that for granted and now i have found myself doing exactly that, life just does that to you i guess. I am truly lucky and blessed to have him in my life as not only my husband but as my best friend and soul mate! I love you baby with all my heart and all my being! muah!

It's Almost Here!!!

The 4th of July. My most favorite holiday of them all. Heat+fireworks+picnics+family+friends+remembering our independence day=amaziness. I am very very very excited. I hope you all have a fun and safe 4th! love you!

So for all of you that aren't aware............I heart summer.......and summer heat. And another thing i love is an giant, delicious, iced mocha :) YUMMY! So here is a recipe i found that i am going to try. I hope it is amazing, because who whats to spend $4 on a coffee everyday if you can make a good one at home right?

*1 1/2 cups strong hot brewed coffee
*3 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
*1 1/2 tablespoons chocolate syrup, such as hershey's
*1 cup ice cold milk
*1/4 teaspoon vinilla extract
*Handfull or so of crushed ice
*Lightly sweetened whipped cream, for garnish
*1 small piece semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, for garnish ;)

Job What?!?!

So I am a massage therapist. I graduated in March of this year (2009). I have applied at a ton of places and havent really heard anything from any of them. So recently i applied and the golden door spa, it opens in park city at the endish of july. i had an interview, its pretty a dream job. the benefits, the therapists, but most of all its a wellness center so you dont just meet the client massage them and then theyre gone you actually spend time analyze them, and treat them. i loved that, you dont find that around here. So i was honored to have even had an interview with these therapist. This IS the top spa in the united states. WOW! I didnt get the job. Which i was really dissapointed about because i think i can bring a lot to the table at a place like that. and the knowledge i would gain would be irreplacable. But the more i thought about it, i guess this could be a good thing that i didnt. I dont know why yet but i guess i will just wait and find out. I really want a job doing massage therapy, but i am sooooo scared to work anywhere because so many of these places are participating in things that i am disgraced and disgusted with, and it makes me look bad as a therapist and for my proffesion. So i dont know what to do from here. my own practice? doctors office? spa? or back to school? i dont know.

A Blessing!

She is finally here! Kylee (no middle name yet) Sivertsen!!! She is 6.9 lbs and 19 inches long. She is so beautiful! I love her to Bunches! :)

Weekend Adventure

So this weekend we took a trip up to Star Valley Wyoming! It was beautiful. So gorgeous and very......Country like. haha. We slept outside (which i have not done before) and went 4 wheeling and shooting, it was way fun i loved it. Anyways here are some pictures from our trip. enjoy. love you guys.
